Victorian folkie sensation Husky discuss signing to Sub Pop, touring Germany, their trippy new video, and give a radiant performance of ‘The Woods’.
Husky Gawenda and his band of merry men wowed critics and fans alike with their sublimely-crafted debut album Forever So last year.
Since then they’ve reaped the rewards, with tours both international and local, fawning reviews, and became the first Australian band ever to sign to revered Seattle label Sub Pop.
We chat to Husky and Gideon from the band about the wild ride so far, then the band do an acoustic version of the magical single ‘The Woods’.
