Spandau Ballet bookended the 80s. The first album ‘Journeys To Glory’ was released in 1981. They disbanded after the 1989 album ‘Heart Like A Sky’.
The five original members of Spandau Ballet Tony Hadley, Martin Kemp, Gary Kemp, John Keeble and Steve Norman started to reactive in 2009 and last year released a documentary ‘Soul Boys Of The Western World’.
A new compilation The Story – The Very Best Of Spandau Ballet was put together and with that the band went back into the studio to give fans something new.
The revitalised Spandau Ballet have been touring the world and the journey took them to Melbourne Australia where the Kemp brothers, Gary and Martin Kemp, dropped by Noise11.com to tell their story to Paul Cashmere.
