For the past 27 years Tom Bailey has kept low-key, living many of those years in New Zealand and working with other artists occasionally like Stella and Lee Perry but seldom for himself.
That changed a few years back when Bailey decided to dust off the old songs and go back to touring. He came to Australia as guest of Culture Club.
