At age 17, Simpson is well down the track of establishing a career worldwide and he didn’t need to compete on a reality show to do it. Cody Simpson just made music and took it to the world.
Simpson’s first break came when rapper Flo Rida heard about him and decided to work with him. The result was the hit song ‘iYiYi’. Simpson moved to the USA and scored a spot on the Camplified 2010 Tour taking him across America to perform live.
In 2011 the Cody Simpson EP ‘Coast To Coast’ was released and peaked at no. 12 on the Billboard chart.
More recently, Cody placed his career in the hands of Scooter Braun, Justin Bieber’s manager.
Cody Simpson dropped into Noise11.com to perform an acoustic version of ‘La Da Dee’.
