Justin Townes Earle is equal parts storyteller and singer. For his 5th and 6th albums ‘Single Mothers’ and ‘Absent Fathers’ he focused on his own story.
Justin was raised by his mother after his father, Steve Earle, left when he was two years old. Justin grew up in Nashville and his influence was more due to his surroundings than to the work of his famous father.
Justin Townes Earle had a tough upbringing that was drowned in drink and drugs but he pulled through to settle into a normal lifestyle with his wife back in Nashville.
