Moody, elegant Californian indie rockers Young The Giant play some beautifully pared-back tracks.
The five boys of Young The Giant all came from California but have varied cultural backgrounds, tinting their self-titled debut of 2010 with many flavours despite the songs coming off like instant indie favourites.
We were lucky to hear simple, stark versions of their enchanting single ‘Apartment’ and two album tracks ‘I Got’ and ‘Strings’.
